Hello Every one, When i try to run the command Remove-Mailbox '1293f525-fbb5-45fd-8323-57902d7a2e46' -PermanentlyDelete, I'm getting the below error can someone suggest me how to remove the holds. ...
As the error message tells you - you need to remove any holds applying to the mailbox. In this case, you seem to have at least few Retention policies, so exclude the mailbox from them.

I tried this command
Set-Mailbox -Identity softdeleteguid -ExcludeFromAllOrgHolds
But still getting the same error.
Could you suggest me the command.
- It's not an org-wide retention policy. Open the Purview portal, go to Data governance > Retention and locate the policies therein.
VasilMichev I checked for Retention policies and found these Default one applied to all mailboxes in our org
