Remote Server returned '550 5.7.705 Service unavailable. Access denied, tenant has exceeded threshol

We received this error message. I believe the reason is the last item on the list below. Can you please fix it?

Following the error message, it seems Exchange Online Protection (EOP) filters identified a large volume of suspicious email coming on your tenant and has triggered a block on outgoing email action
Several different reasons may occur, please make sure your Exchange in terms of SPAM and report to Microsoft to unblock your tenant.https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide
