Releasing Quarantine Mail

Hi,
I releases some quarantine email under Security & Compliance portal to the recipient, but the released email landed in recipient's Junk folder.

Is there a way to release the quarantine email back to recipient Inbox, rather into Junk folder?

    cllee do it via Powershell, add the switch -Reportfalsepositive at the end of command to ensure it goes to inbox and not blocked again in future
