What is going on with Microsoft support?
Support requests used to be resolved quickly and efficiently with knowledgeable agents calling within 20-30 minutes of opening a case. But early this week I opened a support ticket at about 10 AM ...

I agree it has become terrible. I setup a support case in my tenant a few weeks ago and clicked the button for a call back. 8 hours later I get an email from the agent asking what the problem is.

This was for a North American time zone.
After I week I gave up.
