error when download message trace in O365
after running message trace in Exchange admin centre, i am not able to download the completed message trace report. it always says "The custom error module does not recognize this error." same even...

I'm still seeing this same fault. It works in a private browser session.
The Post Incident Review for EX202641 says it was cookies related. Looks the fault is still live. 😞
