Query about additional mailbox
Hello,
environment is full exchange hybrid with Exchange 2013 CU21 and Office 365
User mailboxes are on office 365 and shared mailbox is onprem exchange
Outlook client is 16.0.4549.1000
When users try to add shared mailbox as an additional mailbox , it freezes

Where is your Autodiscover pointing to ?
It should point to on-prem for this to work. Also disable automapping if you have enabled it already by removing user entry from shared mailbox list link attribute in AD.
