Public Folder Task List Recovery Help

We have an Exchange 2013 environment and one of our Exchange Administrators deleted a Public Folder Task List around 11th of March 2022, that appeared to not be in use. 

We found out late today that an entire department was still able to access this Task List and continue to use it until at some stage today the Task List was automatically deleted from all users Outlook.

I am able to recover the Task List from a backup taken of the database prior to being deleted, however it does not show up in the current backups.

Does anyone know of a way to recover this?
