Prevent OOO on Forwarded Emails
Hi guys, I am losing my mind in finding a solution. Our management wants a copy of all emails from some shared mailboxes in their own mailbox, but then the problem appear that their OOO were ...
Forward to a DG instead, and toggle the property to suppress OOOs therein (SendOofMessageToOriginatorEnabled). Then add the management mailboxes as members.

Thanks for answering - I tried it already with Email Forwarding to a SecurityGroup and was expecting that I can apply a new rule in Exchange to all these Emails with the Message Type "AutoForward" ro prevent the OOO on these, but somehow it doesn´t work - isn´t your solution the same?

- No need for a rule, just set the SendOofMessageToOriginatorEnabled property on the group.

Is this property set by Powershell or is there any checkmark in the admin panel by any chance? (I am afraid I know the answer already - hahaha)- Only via PowerShell, sorry 🙂
