PowerShell all emails in a exchange online users mailbox
Hello,
can I read with PowerShell all emails in a exchange online users mailbox? I like to build a report (Time, Send From, Subject, Attachment…)
User is informed and the user I have the user credentials.

No. You can do it via the EWS API or the Graph one, both of which can be called via PowerShell if needed.
