Hi AnonymousForever, Exchange ActiveSync permissions mainly allow the organization to enforce mailbox/device policies such as PIN requirement, encryption requirement, and remote wipe. It does not normally give the Exchange admin full access to your personal photos, messages, or apps. The bigger difference is whether you only added email through ActiveSync or enrolled the phone into MDM or Intune Company Portal. MDM enrollment gives the company much broader management visibility and control.
