OWA web error in Microsoft exchange 2013

Question

I'm unable to login my on premise Microsoft exchange 2013 ( Pls refer the screenshot of error code =500) , although homepage of Admin center loads fine . Post input of user credentials this error occurred . Pls assit on fixing it

In fact i tried to open the same admin ecp console in exchange server itself , however the error occurs as

HMACProvider.GetCertificates:protectionCertificates.Length<1]

Note : Microsoft Auth certificate is valid until 2027 as i confirm on IIS already . ( Attached IIS valid certificate Auth expiration dates)
