Outlook Group vs Outlook Shared inbox linking with Microsoft teams group
Hi all,
If someone could please help me with the following.
If someone could please help me with the following.
I am deciding between creating a Shared Inbox or creating an Outlook group for my team.
The features I want to use are: Planner, Shared Calender, Sharepoint and OneNote.
Secondly I want to also link a MS teams' group with the above Outlook group or Outlook shared inbox. So I want to know which option will be better for me as I want to use one linked channel across everything.

- You have no choice here. your requirements are only valid for an Office 365/Microsoft 365 Group 🙂 You cannot have this with shared mailboxes.
