Office 365 and\or Outlook

I have been trying to delete the items from my Deleted Items but the number is not changing, nothing is being deleted. It now reach to a 10k items and I am notified by my co-workers that the emails that they're sending to me is bouncing back to them. Please advise how I can delete the content of my Deleted Items. Thank you!
