Move email to junk folder based on header information

Our company manages the IT infrastructure of several clients, or part of them.

1 customer uses Mimecast. For that customer, we only manage the onpremise exchange 2016 servers.

They are working on a pilot with mimecast. In exchange, a rule must be created that sends certain mails to the junk e-mail folder based on header info.

Header information is: X-Mimecast-Spam-Signature: yes

How do I set this up in Exchange2016?

Creating a new mail flow rule Apply Rights protection to messages?

Are the actions in the print screen below the right steps?

Thanks in advance.
