Migration mailboxes from sbs 2008 to office 365 with password synchronization

Good day,

I need to transfer my mailboxes from SBS 2008 to Office 365.

Ideally, I'd like to set up a local AD account password synchronization to Office 365.

Does anyone use this scenario without having to run an on-promise Exchange server?

What method did you migrate?

I have 10 mailboxes, about 15 GB Exchange database.

    Better to do PST Migrations, since its just 10 mailboxes, you can also do cutover.
