Migrating On Prem to Cloud

I'm looking into migrating our Teams room devices from on prem to cloud (hopefully).  Is it possible to move all of our Teams room accounts from on prem to cloud without screwing up any scheduled meetings that were previously booked?

I know next to nothing about Exchange, I do know we use Exchange 2019 if that helps at all.
