Migrating from Gmail To Exchange 365 - Limitg incoming IMAP migration traffic from Exchange

Recommended as follows -

1.) Setup on Office 365
2.) Switch DNS so routing goes to Office 365
3.) Perform an IMAP migration with BitTitan MigrationWiz
