Migrating another company's on prem exchange to our O365.

We have a hybrid setup fully migrated to O365. Is it possible to migrate another company's on prem exchange mailboxes to our O365 tenant after we create new accounts/mailboxes for those users in our tenant? Obviously, you could not reply using the old messages because of the x.500.
