Microsoft says that few customers have installed the dedicated hybrid connectivity app that’s needed to migrate from EWS. It’s time to install that app! If not, rich coexistence between cloud and on-premises components will stop working for several days when Microsoft imposes service time-outs in August, September, and October to prompt customers to take action.
