Microsoft Exchange Active Sync
We have an on-prem Exchange 2016. We have an issue with some users not able to download emails when they are setup in iPhone or iPad. The setup shows as successful as checked marks shows up on all the sync settings. Error says "Cannot get Mail. The connection to the server failed.
No issues when setting them up in an Android device.
Any idea?
