Measuring Success
What metrics and goals are others using to measure success of their Exchange Online rollout/migration (besides migrating x number of mailboxes per week)?

Normaly the best aproach is to mesure the folowing:
- Helpdesk Tickets Related to migration
- Time of Resolution of problems
- User Experience
- Network Latency
- End User Satisfaction
Those are the major to do the metrics to be a Success.
