Mailbox search stopped working starting from a certain date

Hello everybody! Help me please - Outlook (MAPI) has been searching for messages since July 11, that is, almost 2 weeks have been missing from the search and employees cannot find relatively recent messages. The same problem is observed in OWA. So far, we have found a temporary solution - in Outlook, select "search all elements". I checked the services - MS Exchange Search is running. Microsoft Exchange 2019 Version 15.2 ‎(Build 1118.21)‎, Enterprise. Thank you for support.

    Check that the Exchange search service is working properly, then use Search All Elements as an interim solution.
