Mailbox Archive was enabled days ago but hasn't archived anything.
I have a user at 99% storage of their Exchange mailbox. This user has an Office365 E3 license. It's been about three days and they're still showing 99%. Really not sure what else to do or where to look beyond the archive setting.
- What retention tags did you assign? By default, only messages older than 2 years will start moving to the Online archive. And it can take up to a week for the initial processing to happen.

You can run an automatic diagnostic scan on a user's archive mailbox to identify issues and suggested solutions.

Thank you. It's been 6 days and it's reduced from 99% to 93.9%.
