Mail did not received by a user
We found a strange behavior in our exchange server. Once user sent an email via Outlook and sent items updated . There is no bounce message received by user. But unfortunately the recipient did not received the email . Also there is no log in the exchange server.
What happened to these emails and what may be reason

try to run a message trace on the affected user to see the message status is it still in your server or goes to the intended recipient
