Are there any users in Org B's on-premises Exchange Admin Center who are unable to retrieve the free/Busy status of their calendars?

TAE_YOUN_ANN Hello. The answer is no. Users from Organization B can retrieve all calendars.

Since I am not an admin of the Organization B and they are assured me that the hybrid configuration is set correctly, I assume I have only one option and that is to test this in some temporary environment. I will try but it will take some time for me to prepare and set all things.
