You can still do all the "read" operations, via Get-MsolUser, Get-MsolAccountSku and so on. You will not be able to make changes however. Only the Graph API/Graph SDK for PowerShell is supported for that now.

Thanks for the update. Can you provide the ps script to get the info. for list of users lic were set to true or false.
