Issue with Queue Viewer after Exchange 2019 CU15 Upgrade (Hybrid Mode Environment)

I got the same error , and after renew Microsoft Exchange Server Auth Certificate in ECP (waiting 8 Hours), Our server can see the Queue Viewer.

Good morning.
The incident was resolved with the following procedure described in this link.

By applying these steps I reopened Exchange Toolbox (Queue Viewer) and the queues were displayed without the error.
