Is the 'Spoof intelligence' UI broken?

I'm being offered the same domains and infrastructure in the 'Spoof intelligence' report, despite me select and flipping the 'Add to...' slider.

Next day I look at the report & the same domain/infrastructure pair has come back. It's as if the UI hasn't properly actioned my request or it's not 'stuck' in EOP.
