Nope. You will need to configure the on prem Exchange server to allow the incoming connection and then you can either send it straight out via MX lookup or you can relay it through O365 using this article: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/How-to-set-up-a-multifunction-device-or-application-to-send-email-using-Office-365-69f58e99-c550-4274-ad18-c805d654b4c4

- BTW, if you send straight out your on Orem server, don’t forget to update your SPF record so it doesn’t get flagged as spam.
