Include sender mail address in disclaimer
Hi all, Today I have an External Disclaimer configured in my Exchange Online and it's working. "[EXTERNAL] This email originated outside the organization. Do not click any links or attachment...
If you have configured using office 365 transport rules then you can do it from Office 365 admin portal.
Go to Log in to the Exchange Admin Center. Once logged in, navigate to Mail Flow >> Rules> Edit the rule
You can add a condition in it with The Original Sender of this email is %%from%% (e-mail address of sender)"
