immediate email notice of quarantined emails office 365

Is there a way to get immediate email notice of quarantined emails office 365 for all users? Or at least a rule or something to let the end user to have immediate email notice of quarantined emails? Reason is company is loosing critical, time sensitive, communication when outside emails go to quarantine

Notices come in a day after and not right away.
