How would I forward emails from on prem to Exchange Online if email address is the same?
I have an onprem email account, lets say 123@abc.com and another 123@abc.com on exchange online.
What would I need to do to forward any emails sent internally on my on prem 123@abc.com to be forwarded to my exchange online 123@abc.com .

- Is there any reason to have the same email address in your on-prem and in the cloud?
My recommendation would be to either set up a hybrid solution or to migrate to the cloud completely?
If you need a quick fix then a forwarding rule could help you. - The easy solution is to configure forwarding rule to the 123@tenant.onmicrosoft.com address (or the 123@tenant.mail.onmicrosoft.com one).
