How to increase the value for MaxConcurrency to O365

Hey Stefan, I believe I already answered this on Q&A, but just in case. Those values are pre-configured for all customers and cannot be modified. Best thing to do here is open a support case and ask for exception, which might or might not be added depending on the size of the tenant, etc.
As for documentation, Microsoft has removed those articles a long time ago. Afaik the old details still apply, which in this particular scenario should be 3 active sessions per account, 10 total for the tenant.
