How to find out if delegates read emails in shared user mailbox or not?

Hi&nbsp;On Microsoft 365, users are assinged with MS365 business basic licenses.&nbsp;One of the mailboxes was set up as a user account, but shared with delegates.&nbsp;The management is asking, how to find out if delegates have read one of the emails in the shared mailbox.&nbsp;Hope you can help 🙂&nbsp;Thanks&nbsp;Ji

Take a look at the Unified audit log: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/audit-log-search?view=o365-worldwide
There is one caveat though, read actions require Audit Premium SKU: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/audit-premium?view=o365-worldwide#mailitemsaccessed
