Hi thanhtien19,
To block emails from a specific domain in Exchange 2019, you can utilize the Exchange Admin Center (EAC) and create a mail flow rule.
You can follow these steps:- Open the EAC (Exchange Admin Center) and navigate to the mail flow section.
- Create a new rule (+).
- Add the condition “The sender -> is this person or domain” and specify the exact domain you want to block (for example, @gmail.com).
- If you want to block all external emails, select the option “The sender is located… -> Outside the organization”.
- Click “More options”.
This rule will block all emails sent from the specified domain.
