help installing exchange CU17 on Server 2016

I'm on a macbook pro and am running a virtualbox with windows server 2016 on and I just need a walkthrough of the steps I need to take in order to get it to function. I've posted a screenshot to show what I've done so far and I'd appreciate any help.
