Gsuite to M365 Migration

We are migrating data from G-suite to M365 using Built in tool provided by Microsoft.

Built in G Suite (Gmail) migration Tool

1. Some of sent items are showing under Inbox.

2. Some of the inbox mails are showing under Sent Items

3. Total mail count of folders is also differs when compared with source mailbox. 

Is anyone having solution on this? Please help.
