get-mailbox etc fails

on a new system (pc) trying to run command to PS exchange365 commands

get-mailbox - fails

get-aduser - fails

Search-Mailbox -Identity email address removed for privacy reasons -SearchQuery fails

exomailbox -works

On my old system still works.

do i have to modify my windows PATH environment?
