Forwarding to Gmail

I have set up forwarding from Exchange Online account Gmail, but the emails from some providers, for example T-Online are rejected from Gmail. The reason in NDr is that my domain doesn't pass DKIM to send emails from the IP address of Microsoft. I have set up already DMARC,  SPF and DKIM for the domain, but it is ignored by forwarding and it seems that always different IPs from Microsoft are used by forwarding.

I found the solution. It is described in section "Relay pool" in the article below:

  • Hi AtanasM

Check your SPF,DKIM and DMARC again here https://mxtoolbox.com/NetworkTools.aspx

except mail forwarding is your mail flow configuration work or not?
