- If the user has "expanded" the DGs in Outlook, you will not be able to find any message trace event with the DG listed. If he did send to the DGs direct, you will have at least one event in the message trace for each group, followed by individual entries for each recipient.

VasilMichev User sent an email to DGs, and I know one of the group names. I traced the email message by entering the DG name in the recipients field. However, when I select the sender’s name and leave the recipients field blank, it only shows the individual recipients’ email addresses, not the DG’s email.
