Did u upgraded your MSoffice to a latest build. It could be autodiscover issue. Try to use the CTRL button and check connection status on the outlook to see if it is failing somwhere. Also run a test-email autoconfiguration by pressing the CTRL button and extreme right cornor right click outlook.
