Exchange Server Certification

What will be the new Exchange Server certifications? Does anyone know the directions of Exchange Onrily.? I need to do some training, but the 70-345 was discontinued, can someone help me know where I go!? Lemember that there are many organizations that use the local product and keep the Exchange local and online are very different things in the infrastructure aspect.
