Exchange Server 2019 working properly, except for Outlook Mobile users

Hi ,
We have fixed this issue by changing the active sync certificate setting under virtual directories to ignore Clientcertificates.
It looks like something is going wrong with some certificates in the mobile app.
After this change we didn't experienced any issues with the mobile apps.See screenshot. (its in dutch language)
Vince_Murray No errors in Exchange Server 2019.
We can set-up the account in the Outlook app without errors.
Only when sending an e-mail we receive this error:
If we reset a iphone it works like for one email but then no more.

russkulas Same issue for my work as well, but don't get any emails at all, even when removing account and redoing in the app. Did you ever find a permanent solution? I have been chatting with the mobile app tech support, but still haven't gotten a resolution from them.
