Exchange Server 2019 working properly, except for Outlook Mobile users
Hi there,
We are currently experiencing issues with our Exchange 2019 Server.
Everything is working fine except clients on mobile devices.
We can setup the clients mailbox in apps such as: Outlook, BlueMail, Apple Mail, Android Mail.
But we can't sent mail at all (Also sent items folder is empty), but we do receive 'some' e-mails. (Not all)
Anyone experiencing the same kind of issues?
Version: 15.2 (Build 1544.4) (Exchange Server 2019)

Certificate: *.example.com (Wildcard)
Outlook App version: 4.2435.0
Hi ,
We have fixed this issue by changing the active sync certificate setting under virtual directories to ignore Clientcertificates.
It looks like something is going wrong with some certificates in the mobile app.
After this change we didn't experienced any issues with the mobile apps.See screenshot. (its in dutch language)

Johnson1234 Thank you so much! That has fixed the issue for us as well.
- Johan_AnderssonCopper ContributorThank you. This setting was already set to ignore, i tried a toggle to accept and now back to ignore but have a feeling it wont solve our problem.
- Vince_MurrayCopper ContributorDid you enable Exchange ActiveSync ?
- Juliano365Copper ContributorOf course!
Mobile android and ios users have always been able to read their mailbox via Outlook Mobile.
But after about 2 weeks/1 month it just stopped working?- Vince_MurrayCopper ContributorIf ActiveSync is enable, try removing and re-adding the email account on the phone, this refreshes the connection between the phone and the exchange server, otherwise check the errors in the Exchange server logs.
