Exchange Online PowerShell Connection
Microsoft support is confirming that there is no way to connect to exchange online as of today using App ID / App Secret,
Is it so Why ? and why only ExO whereas other workloads can be connected via PS using App ID-Secret

Because they simply haven't done it yet. They are working on it though, so we should have something come out in the next weeks/months. When that happens, it will definitely be announced on the EHLO blog here.
There is new Exchange Online shell Mgmt i think it uses GRAPH, for a change this does work with APP ID and APP SECRET but the conventional or old EXO PSH does not strange,
Howcome access to GRAPH API is possible with APP ID AND APP SECRET,
If i am not wrong the usual Powershell also uses Graph only to perform all tasks ?

It doesn't use the Graph, in fact support for Exchange admin operations via the Graph is pretty much non-existent today. Microsoft is working on that front too, but that will probably take years.
Again, we will have a solution for PowerShell in the coming weeks/months, stay tuned.
