Exchange Licensing

Hi,

I am about to implement the following server infrastructure.

Server 2019 - AD and DNS

Server 2019 - File and Print Sharing

Server 2019 - Exchange 2019 Standard

The site has 40 internal users who will have access to the File and Print Sharing server and Exchange server. There are a further 60 external users who will access just email via an iPad.

I am aware that I need 40 Server CALs for the File and Print Sharing server and 100 Exchange CALs for email.

My question is do I need Server CALs for the Server hosting Exchange? If so, how many?
