Exchange Hybrid Wizard won't run

I am able to install it on a 2019 server. This doesn't have Exchange installed. Seems the HCW doesn't support Server 2022 (or vice versa).

Wanting to do a Classic Full Hybrid, can I run it from a third party server, or does it need to be run from an Exchange server?

EDIT: AHHHH!  Are you kidding me!  It installed but won't run.  I click the icon to run it and nothing happens! Can't Microsoft make something that works!

EDIT EDIT: Got it to run, but had to manually click the .exe in:

C:\Users\theuser\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\29KX6YHX.JN1\0NDR9CNW.HOZ\micr..tion_5661bd3e342e4e9f_0011.0001_9a1ee13031f92f9c

Did the intial bit to ensure communication is ok but won't continue until sure Classic Hybrid can be configured form a third party server.
