Exchange GAL Synchronization to My Contacts
Morning, I am looking for a solution on how I can manage our user contacts and sync changes if an employee changes his or her position, phone number or leaves the company. The changes are updated...
- With the built-in functionality, this is not possible as users are assumed to manage their own contacts, copying/updating them from the GAL when needed. Also, having offline copies of address entries adds some risk to devices people are able to sync to, so you might want to arrange that before looking at 3rd party solutions which can achieve this, e.g. PeopleSync or CiraSync.
