Exchange Admin permissions required to update mail enabled Public Folder settings

Does anyone know exactly what level of admin permissions are required to update settings of 'mail enabled public folders in Exchange Online admin center'?   We have assigned 'Recipient Management' ...

    You can find the exact permissions required for each cmdlet via Get-ManagementRole:
