Exchange 2019 health set errors
Hi!
I have a couple of monitoring probes that are unhealthy on Exchange 2019 latest CU.
Problem started after adding a new server.
IMAP.Protocol gives: Exception: System.InvalidOperationException: No mailboxes were found to use in the DeepTest probe.
IMAP gives: Exception: System.InvalidOperationException: No mailboxes were found to use in the CTP probe
Activesync gives: Exception: System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index
one machine it gives:
WARNING: No monitoring accounts found. Please verify if monitoring accounts exist and their passwords are set properly
I tried with recreating all monitoring mailboxes. But the error comes back.
IMAP seems to be working fine and also activesync.
Any ideas?
- cmillerLCEBrass ContributorDid you ever find a fix for this? I am seeing the same "No monitoring accounts found...." related to ActiveSync\ActiveSyncCTPProbe. My healthmailboxes appear OK, and activesync is working.

We never found a root cause for this. But after some restarts. Recreating healthmailboxes the problem went away.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I went ahead and did as you did and simply stopped the health manager on all servers, then deleted the health mailboxes (even though they seemed to be reporting correctly on all other services) and then restarted the health manager service on each server and let the health mailboxes recreate and now ActiveSync appears to be responding correctly to the probe. Hopefully it lasts for a while. Thanks again!
